3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellation of Product Orders

Customers may request to cancel an order for a physical product, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at admin@agathosenterprises.com with your order details. If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return, subject to the terms outlined in our Return Policy below.

3.2. Cancellation of Services

Due to the varied nature of our services, cancellation terms for specific services such as Agathos Consultancy, Agathos Auto Centre, Agathos Enterprises (Property Management), Agathos Innovations, and Event Management Services will be detailed in the individual service agreement or contract provided to the client. For general inquiries about service cancellations, please contact us. Please note that some services may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be clearly communicated in the service agreement.

4. Refund & Return Policy

4.1. Returns for Products

In line with our Terms of Service, all requests for returns and refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are applicable only for orders delivered within India. International orders are considered final and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The wrong product was delivered.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at admin@agathosenterprises.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Your request must include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Upon approval of a return request, we will provide instructions for returning the product. All products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4.2. Refunds for Products

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds for services are governed by the terms specified in the individual service agreement. Any refundable amounts or conditions for a refund will be clearly defined in your contract.
